“I mean it's Hot Topic, if you know them you know. Good variety of goods but larger sizes are hard to find or non-existent. One last thing, if they are busy it can be a challenge to get around the store so if you like more of a personal space around you, then try when they are slower”
“Absolutely FABULOUS store - a true GEM in downtown Naperville. Ginger and her staff are just FANTASTIC - SO helpful and knowledgeable; the kind of attentive customer service you simply don't find anymore. My wife and I spent an hour plus there today, and Ginger came up with SO many great suggestions for outfits - things my wife tried on that she never would have, that ended up looking INCREDIBLE. And the prices are GREAT! Truly unique stuff as well - not the generic and boring mass-produced stuff you'll find at the bigger national-chain boutiques in town. “It was my first time coming to this location. I usually go to the HomeGoods/Marshall’s in Lombard. I like this location, it’s less congested than the one in the mall. The one attached to the mall feels like a madhouse with the narrow aisles and big shopping carts. This one you have two different size shopping carts and it’s more spacious. Parking lot is ample. The products are placed neatly on the shelves vs the other location. I do have to take off a star for customer service. We stood in line for a few minutes and most of the employees were just standing around talking. Only two were actually working. One stopped talking to check us out, by that time the line got longer. It’s easier if they just clear the line instead of letting it build up.”
“My wife and I brought our son here to get his first board, because he's been begging all winter to skate with us when the weather breaks. Spencer was absolutely awesome in helping him pick everything out, and was just a really chill guy to talk to while he set up the board. I'd definitely come back to this location again. If I could give Spencer 10 stars I would!”

“I was very skinny before I had a baby a while back, and I have struggled to lose the weight since giving birth. I do not care about the number on the scale or on my clothes, but to say going from a size 2-4 to a 16 hasn’t been jarring would be a lie. Nothing is made to look flattering in my body type. I’d never heard of Torrid until I wondered in a few days ago. I was overwhelmed and didn’t know how to shop for things that will flatter my new body shape when the employee working that day, Dawn, asked if I needed help. This SAINT of a woman watched me burst into tears as I explained my situation before helping me determine my correct size and find things that look nice on me. She made sure I felt comfortable and I couldn’t be more appreciative ❤️”

“It's Old Navy. The shelves are stocked with clothing stacked neatly. Associates are not pushy and forever helpful. Fitting rooms are are managed well. They keep up with keeping it clear and managing the return to floor items is efficiently processed. The cashwrap is manned well so the line I was on moved along to my satisfaction.
They did ask to open a branded CC account so you decline, as most do, and move it along. Got my return to shop incentive coupon for the following week and left with a full bag and smile. Good experience. This store is a 5!”

“Nicole was so awesome and helpful! I’m unfortunately extremely petite and have a very difficult time finding clothes that fit me, but Loft actually carries a lot of clothes in petite sizing. Bought several tops and a few pairs of pants because I need salon appropriate attire. Nicole was super sweet and found me so many options. I only wish the measurements on the pants were a little more accurate because I get my clothes custom made a lot, so I know my measurements but sadly Loft’s measurements are a little off. They sadly didn’t carry a 23 inch waist (I’m a 24) so if you know your waist measurements maybe go down one inch. I felt like the tops were pretty true to size though and very flattering on me.”
“I recently visited Maurice's store and had an exceptional experience, due to the outstanding assistance provided by Yari. I had been to several other clothing stores and did not receive the same level of help. I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure of what to look for, but Yari was incredibly helpful in guiding me.
I wore the outfit to a housewarming party, and I received numerous compliments on it. I wanted to extend my sincere appreciation for Yari's excellent customer service.

“This was my first time in this Ross location and it didn't disappoint! I found Easter shoes for myself and my daughter. Plus matching shirts for my son's, a pair of Summer sandals, something for home decor, our Morkie pup and snacks lol
So happy we stopped in and completed most of our list. I can always count on Ross for great beauty and hair care finds to at great prices

Julian helped him find some jeans and was especially awesome, explaining differences between a few pairs and really helping make that final selection. Bailey was also very helpful, coming to lend an additional hand. Best customer service I have seen in a long while from start to finish. My son just added this store to his regulars.”
