All of the embroidery is done by hand, so these will outfits are wonderful to invest in as they will last long term. “A Catholic gentleman named John assisted us right away when we walked in. His manner of speech and quality of service made the impression on me that this is what customer service ought to be. The quality of the product was unmatched. He gave me important tips for dress and maintaining the shoe. I’ll certainly go back when I need important shoes, because I will remember the experience as “The Perfect Shoe Store.”
(I mention “Catholic” because when I walked in, he asked what I was wearing it for, and I told him it was for the Latin Mass. He then told me he was Catholic and we talked about it. That’s a part of customer service I think is forgotten: being genuine and charismatic.)”
“Absolutely FABULOUS store - a true GEM in downtown Naperville. Ginger and her staff are just FANTASTIC - SO helpful and knowledgeable; the kind of attentive customer service you simply don't find anymore. My wife and I spent an hour plus there today, and Ginger came up with SO many great suggestions for outfits - things my wife tried on that she never would have, that ended up looking INCREDIBLE. And the prices are GREAT! Truly unique stuff as well - not the generic and boring mass-produced stuff you'll find at the bigger national-chain boutiques in town. “Nicole was so awesome and helpful! I’m unfortunately extremely petite and have a very difficult time finding clothes that fit me, but Loft actually carries a lot of clothes in petite sizing. Bought several tops and a few pairs of pants because I need salon appropriate attire. Nicole was super sweet and found me so many options. I only wish the measurements on the pants were a little more accurate because I get my clothes custom made a lot, so I know my measurements but sadly Loft’s measurements are a little off. They sadly didn’t carry a 23 inch waist (I’m a 24) so if you know your waist measurements maybe go down one inch. I felt like the tops were pretty true to size though and very flattering on me.”

These ladies went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I looked great with all of my clothing selections, they answered all of my questions, they guided to the correct department when I was looking for something, AND they all gave me a BEAUTIFUL smile. They also made sure to bring to my attention the great deals Marshalls had with their TJX credit card! This Marshalls really hit the jackpot with these wonderful and very attentive employees!! I am absolutely coming back!!!!”

“The Ross had some nice Jewelry ?? and the staff who rung us out was super friendly, helpful, and despite the long line at the cashier lane…she managed to get the jewelry and ring us out at an efficient manner. It seemed like she was the only employee in the store. I hope ? Ross appreciates her as the employee of the month.
We didn’t find that much of a selection in their clothes or candles ?️ section. I don’t know if it was just the wrong day of the week, they just didn’t have that much to go through.

“04/21/2026 This is truly a great store Sales Associate Lori was truly amazing she found me lost in store while she was very busy re-stocking and stopped her duties to inquire if she could assist me and she located exactly what I came in for rolled it to check-out, checked me out and woila I was walking out the store within 5-8 minutes from my arrival. This type of exemplary service is much appreciated. Also saw Manger Michelle who once again gave me a warm welcoming. If you want a congenial professional shopping experience this is the place. This is my go to store particularly when you are in a crunch for time. Lori recognize my shopping needs and aptly provided for all of them.
Previous visit with when Michelle took the time out of her busy schedule to personally attend to me I literally had to do no more thinking as she selected exactly what I wanted and needed.
Associate Jocelyn pleasantly and energetically personally escorted me to the department I was looking for. Cashier Jade was warm and helpful offering me store perks and skillfully guided me through the payment process. Did I mention this store was so clean and shiny you could do a 30 sec rule here if you drop some food on the floor. Merchandise well organized and appealing to the eye. If you want a store with warm and friendly people with exceptional customer service skills with quality clothing you need go no further this is it.”
