“?? Hey fellow Google Maps users! ☺️ I went to the Ross at the Crestwood location on 6/09/24 from around 9:30 am - 11:00 am.
?? Items: They had a decent selection of items. I was specifically looking for more workout clothes since I’m a sub Group Fitness Instructor at the XSport not too far from the Ross. I ended up successfully finding some new workout pieces to add to my wardrobe.
? Atmosphere: I thought the atmosphere was okay. I did find it rather strange that they had no music playing. I was literally shopping without music for like about an hour to an hour and a half lol. ? They didn’t play misic until around 10:30 am or closer to the time I left the store. At other Ross locations and other retail stores, they usually play music, so I just thought it was strange that they didn’t play music right away.
⭐️ Customer Service: I thought customer service was great. The line wasn’t too, but there was only one person at the cashier register at the time. I ended up doing a return before doing my purchases. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of this. I attempted in returning a cologne that was in a tin container and cashier/sales associate let me know that unfortunately I can’t return cologne since it wasn’t sealed.
?️ Overall, I had a good first experience with my visit at this location. I will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area.

“My niece is moving into a new home and she said she wanted to make it sort of country setting for her kitchen she wanted to do sports for her son and maybe a man cave for her husband and a girly room for her daughter. so I send her quite a few pictures of what Hobby Lobby carries and she was very happy . She's actually in Virginia now I don't know if you have a Hobby Lobby over there but she will be be coming in a couple of weeks to visit and she's probably going to be taking a whole lot back with her”

“ABSOLUTELY. freakin. LOVE. this place! The records, atmosphere and staff were amazing and very knowledgeable. They have a wide variety of records and 33s and 45s. They have tons of 33s in boxes so don’t be afraid to ask and go on a scavenging journey. The records are in very good condition and reasonably priced. friendly to novice and avid collector alike. Can’t recommend this place enough!”

“Our salesperson Toleda was fantastic. We came in with an idea of what we wanted but when we told her about the room, she made some different suggestions. What she chose was perfect for the space. There was a few hiccups with communication from the delivery department but ultimately the furniture came when promised and we're so happy with it! The delivery team was top notch as well!”

“I was on a mission to find a recliner to take home the same day and I walked into the store and was greeted by Daniel F. who was very nice. I told him I was looking for a recliner to take home and he showed me one that was marked down on clearance and it just so happened to work perfectly for my needs even though I wasn't looking for a power recliner but it was just to nice to pass up on. I purchased it with a 5 year warranty because of it being powered and got it loaded up with Daniel's help and it was appreciated. I would suggest having more furniture that can be purchased and taken at that moment. Consider a clearance room of furniture that can be purchased and taken now. Thank you”
“Fun store to visit. I went to 2 locations. One was in Bridgeview on 88th Harlem, and 2nd one was in Orland Square. Both locations are free standing. They are open every day except Sunday and certain holidays. They offer a variety of home decor, craft materials and seasonal items. I recommend people visit to take a peek. Both have handicap parking. The orland store has a few floors. They have elevators and an escalator if needed.”

“read about a basement sale, thought I'd stop in. bunch of quirky used fixtures and such in the back and checked out the front of the store, chock full of doo dads, what nots and such and such. nice assortment of stylish and artsy stationery items with the modern woman in mind. staff was welcoming, greeted me and asked to help. told the young lady I was looking for "cute stuff" (from their advertising slogan) and we shared a laugh. nice little spot to browse and find what you're not looking for.”

“The prices are great and Mackenzie was a great help when adjusting the price since one of my items were cheaper when scanned thru the app. However, I was appalled with Brenda's customer service skills. I had witnessed a customer trying to use an online coupon (the customer was being incredibly nice about it) and Brenda was very rude to her being too firm and harsh. Brenda started raising her voice saying "you have to download the app to get the coupons" since the customer was older she was trying to figure out what to do. I've worked in customer service in plenty of different areas for 10 years and was appalled to witness this. She definitely needs to be coached in empathy and general CS skills again.”
