Phyllis was so kind and patient! I went in for a certain bra and I've always worn this particular style but was not happy with it. She explained that it's really the style and not the size to me. She offered several great suggestions for me to try one.

The employees are NO HELP I came in the store and I was the only customer and not one time did they ask if I needed help, I struggled looking for my bra size for 15min on my own and still no one came to ask if I needed assistants, I literally had to ask for help and even then they acted as if I was a bother And not to mention this has happen ever single time I have visit this location. They need to hire people that actually love their job and have the passion to help plus size women feel beautiful we shouldn’t have to come to a store thats for us and feel like we are not welcomed the Orland mall Lane Bryant ladies are the best hands down.

Today, was a severe rainy day. However I decided to pick up my order. Furthermore as I entered the show, I didn't get a welcome, Hello nothing completely dry energy. I approach the register. I assume the white lady was an customer actually she works there. She turned around & stared like she see a ghost. She didn't say Hi, I immediately said I am here to pick up my order. It was a long pause on her end. I ain't never felt disconnected in my life. She made me feel like I wasn't welcomed. That literally hurt my feelings. I kept my humbleness because I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism & integrity that had in my present. I will not return to this store. NEGATIVE ZERO

One of the manager needs retraining and a attitude adjustment. Other than that the store is always clean and have more clothes than other Lane Bryant store.
