Adopted a kitten. I'm happy, she's happy. Staff was extremely helpful. You can only adopt during certain hours call ahead if interested. They work with SSHS and that site doesn't update too quickly on adoptions. Many animals are awaiting potential adoption and not available yet still in store. If an animal hasn't been payed for nor picked up they should not be put on reserve for a potential 'maybe'.

The lady that did my Cookie cut her like a boy and she a girl, and she kept telling me my dog was severely matted, she was a little matted on her legs, she cut all my dog hair off, and she thought it was funny, and she was racist, she didn’t want to put my baby collar back on. But she did that for all the other customers, and she didn’t do a good job on her the stuff I paid for she didn’t do, like brush her teeth are clean her ears, I had to give her a bath the next day because she kept snitching. I will never take her there again, and she tried to over charge me 40 dollars. And I was charged 108.00 for a half done job by kristan in Crestwood Il, and she lied and kept my dog in they back so she could charge me extra 40 dollars.

Very kind vet clinic and overall staff. They were so helpful when looking for supplies for my new puppy. They even allowed us to weigh her.

Thank you Javaris for being patient and answering all of my questions regarding the Beta fishes. You taught me a lot and I appreciate your overall knowledge of them. Also, Aimee was amazing at the check out with asking if I needed additional help with any other items and made me aware of the on going sale for my fishes and their needs. Thank you both for being patient and providing excellent customer service. Definitely will be back because of you both! :)

I do not recommend getting your fur baby groomed here. I had my cat groomed here, and when I brought her home, her loose hair just fell off, and her nails were not cut well. I should have known that my cat's bath was less than 8 minutes. While the lady who checked me in was super sweet, I will not be back.

This place is horrible and unprofessional. I was 2 minutes late for my appointment, I was told they couldn't service me because it would put them behind. Mind you, I patronized this store often for goodies, and grooming services.
When I went into the store, they stated my dog doesn't like the clippers, so the groomer is not comfortable doing his grooming. What the heck! Discrimination at its best! I will be spreading the word about the horrible and discriminating treatment I received today!

Staff and doctors at Banfield in Crestwood were so very helpful, informative and supportive to me and to my pet! While everyone from check-in to the doctor were friendly and helpful, Adriana was especially informative and supportive….you could ‘feel’ the love for her job and empathy for the parents and pets just by talking to her! It’s never easy to leave your pet in someone else’s care, especially when they are not well, but I felt more at ease this time than any other. Thank you all! Carolyn

Don’t buy the $12 “teeth cleaning”. It’s basically a waste of money. All she did was put some tooth paste on her finger and rub it on the dog’s teeth for a few seconds. That’s 12? My dog’s teeth looks the exact same as it was before going up there.

My first time & last time I’ll be in this location Crestwood IL. The people working never have a clue, no experience, can’t help. Mind you I’ve been to other locations never experienced this. So safe yourself a trip and go to another location. I toke my dog for grooming, 30 mins “I have to stop the service your dog being nervous and growling”. Ummmm I found it weird. I go lady can’t even do her job I gutta do everything like never had experience with a big dog. If that’s the case switch or mention you guys only do small dogs! I felt her vibe as she was not prepared or just lazy to do the job since my dog is a GSD. She try telling me to go to a vet to have her calm down? or is her first time since she old now… I call her previous owner told me never had this experience . My dog smell horrible as if they just put water on her . The people around the area told me some bad about that store.
