?? Hey fellow Google Maps users! ☺️ I went to the Ross at the Crestwood location on 6/09/24 from around 9:30 am - 11:00 am.
?? Items: They had a decent selection of items. I was specifically looking for more workout clothes since I’m a sub Group Fitness Instructor at the XSport not too far from the Ross. I ended up successfully finding some new workout pieces to add to my wardrobe.
? Atmosphere: I thought the atmosphere was okay. I did find it rather strange that they had no music playing. I was literally shopping without music for like about an hour to an hour and a half lol. ? They didn’t play misic until around 10:30 am or closer to the time I left the store. At other Ross locations and other retail stores, they usually play music, so I just thought it was strange that they didn’t play music right away.
⭐️ Customer Service: I thought customer service was great. The line wasn’t too, but there was only one person at the cashier register at the time. I ended up doing a return before doing my purchases. Unfortunately, I wasn’t aware of this. I attempted in returning a cologne that was in a tin container and cashier/sales associate let me know that unfortunately I can’t return cologne since it wasn’t sealed.
?️ Overall, I had a good first experience with my visit at this location. I will definitely come back if I’m ever in the area.

Was here again, 5/31/24. The staff are amazing, found exactly what I was looking for, and the price is right. Alberto was incredibly helpful. ? Thanks, Ross.

On mothers day, ladies shoes were not in any orders i had to look through many shoes to finc my size. Pants and tops were mjxed in with the dresses.

I was in the store today for the first time and a lady who works there got upset because she was looking at the clothes and told me you already finished ber to clean your pigsty just because I left a pair of pants on. I think it happens in all similar stores. Tons I told him if he doesn't like to work, stay at home because it's his job and I asked him about his superior who is also Latina I think until the family told him what happened with the lady and he told me well if you left a waste he didn't know how to bother and I told him just leave one pair of pants Above, you can look at your cameras and the answer is, I don't want to talk to you anymore. I think that if you consume us in a way, we deserve respect and good attention as customers because thanks to us, customers are involved in very bad service that has never happened to me in the past. a store this

First and last time here . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! was told by a worker while looking at clothes if I was done with my trash. I told her yes and then asked her if she doesn't feel right then why did she come to work she said none of your business. I asked to speak to a manager and was told by the manager that it was my fault . And that she didn't want to speak to me no more . Never coming back to this location

The clothing is good quality and the prices are reasonable. I would have liked a wider variety of clothes for women who aren't a size 2 or 25 years old.
My daughter was very impressed by the quality of the makeup and the variety of products.
