I went in on Friday for a quote and by Monday the tires were in and I picked my car up that afternoon. Highly recommend this place for all your tire needs!”

“I appreciated them fixing a tire that blew out on my might of been from glass one of Kutzler Express customers Ardagh of Burlington WI sends broken glass to be recycled and makes bottles. It was one of those tiny operations some might have interest in but I thought it was cool that one of the employees Igor was on a computer screen watching and talking to someone live stream take off from a fenced in location interesting. Kutzler Express uses comchek is you have a break down so your not stranded waiting for hr worrying who's paying for repair or when at old company.”
“Had a tire replaced and new Tire Pressure Senors installed. However the tire sensor warning would not reset. Mike, the store manager tried many times and even called for technical support. Their effort and service was extraordinary. The fault indication is due to an internal ford part and not the sensors they installed. However. Mike (store manager) reimbursed me for the sensors installed because they would not reset. He felt that no matter what the underlying problem was. They installed four sensors that did not work. I said they did not have to do that because it was not due to Belle Tire repairs but a problem with my ford and not the sensors and it requires the ford dealer to replace some internal parts. Belle tire and Mike went far and above my expectations. If I could give them more than 5 stars it would be 10 stars. They have a customer forever now.”
“Been here plenty of times for installs or getting a used tire to get by till I can get new ones and have been satisfied with every visit. $60 for a used tire with install and balance is unbeatable and this should be your first stop in the crestwood area before getting taxed by the big stores.”
“They replaced my tires and even came out to inform me that I didn’t even need a wheel alignment. Most places would just fabricate a reason to get you to add extra services and here was an instance where they literally told me I didn’t not need an extra service. Integrity!”
“The staff here is great, especially Natalia, making the wait pleasurable. I have to tell you about service later after driving car. Suggest that PEP Boys invest in an electrical car charging service w/waiting room for customers. Most PEP stations already have waiting rooms. An additional outside door leading to a car charging area would encourage everyone with an electric car to stop over. Just a thought...”
