“Had my vehicle towed to Highline on 1/9/26 the day after my wife got water in the engine due to driving through my block when it was flooded with heavy rain water the night prior which then the car stalled and it wouldn’t turn on so it had to be picked up by a tow truck. Saturday 1/10/26 received a call from the shop notifying me of the steps they would need to take to address the issue which involved an oil drain and refill on the oil,transmission fluid and front and rear differential fluid change as well as removing the water inside the engine and replacing the engine filter. Fast forward to today 1/12/26 I was notified my vehicle was complete and ready for pickup, I am beyond satisfied with the amazing customer service and the great work that was done to fix me vehicle. My car runs even better than it did before! These guys did an amazing job and I will 1000% be coming here for future repairs as well as recommending this place to others. Thank you!”

“My wife set up en early future appointment for our flat tire. Discount Tire Valled a day ahead and informed us of a at-home service they offer. It's an extra fee ($50 for us) and we desperately needed to get the tire fixed. We're set to go on a road trip tomorrow. The service over the phone was a bit time consuming, but they made it easy and stress-free. Professionalism didn't stop at the phone. Once the service tech made it to hoir location, he too was very polite and quick. I highly recommend this service. We were able to pay ahead online and we're able to charge the same card for the additional fee. Very grateful for them.”

My sister-in-law came down to Chicago for a post-Christmas visit and her car started have serious problems at the end of the 4-hour drive. Joe's was recommend to us, but with only two days before NYE they were completely booked. Despite this, they squeezed her in, accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly so she could go home before the holiday. The price was fair and honest, and much less than we had expected. “If I had my may, I wouldn't go anywhere else BUT this place. I had some unsatisfactory results with a tire shop about a mile east of Tire Zone on the same 159th Street thoroughfare that Tire Zone is on. I decided that the next time I had tire trouble, I would go somewhere else. But on the very next tire issue I had, I started to go back to the unsatisfactory but familiar shop that I had been going to. When I got to the place, I just couldn't make that turn into their driveway. I was so dissatisfied with that place. So, I kept driving down 159th and stumbled across Tire Zone. I pulled in there and they fixed my tire. In the past, every time I went to the other place, I was told that my tire couldn't be fixed. So that forced me to buy a tire with a supposed guarantee, only to discover that my guarantee didn't cover a faulty stem that leaked air after only a day of being on my car. I have since been to Tire Zone two other times since they fixed the tire on my car. Both times, I bought tires that are still of good use. This is the only place I want to go to for tire concerns. I'm so glad that I refused to do the easy thing and keep going to that other place. Discovering Tire Zone was a good day for me.”
