“The store was remodeled and looked much better. I no longer live in the area and have been gone for years now. I was impressed compared to the way the store used to look. The only thing I had an issue with was the cashier. I feel she needs to work on her customer service skills. Otherwise I would still recommend this place and I will come back if I'm in the area.”

“Dollar Tree was a better experience this time. The line was getting long and there were seniors in the line. A second line was opened to move the seniors. That was the most thoughtful thing I've ever seen a Dollar Tree employee do. This is normally a semi-busy location.”
“This place is always congested dirty. I don't like the fact they don't have a room where you can try on your clothes. See if they fit before you purchase them. When I went the bathroom was out of order so you wasn't able to use the bathroom while you're shopping. The customer service is not that great. They always look like they annoyed. They're not smiling. They don't say hello to you. I Only go here to get school uniforms once a year for my kids”

“I just came out of the Steger DG and needed to write a review right away. Marque is definitely a keeper. He greets you on your way in the store and checks people out with great customer service. If I was still in management I would want to steal him from you”
“Clean and orderly. The young lady should be trained to smile, greet customers and say thank you for your purchase. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS YOUR BUSINESS!!! “When your money low. Shop for just about anything you need plus food. And good for getting items to keep your body clean. Shampoo for hair and nice body wash just cost a 1,25 to be fresh. “I want to start by saying that Sarah is amazing. There was a huge, neverending line the entire time I was in the store. She was quick and efficient. It made me mad when I tried to slide her some money for her lunch today and she told me she couldn't accept it. It's the day before Easter and everyone is scrambling for last minute stuff. Sarah handled it masterfully. If you won't allow me to give her the compensation she deserves, then I hope you are paying her that yourself.”

I was disappointed during a recent visit. it was cluttered. shelves were disorganized as well as refrigerated section. No shopping carts to shop with and store wasn't even full. no bags at self checkout. Poorly run. Landscaping looking beautiful though”

“This store has stayed clean and friendly since they opened. Came in looking for some essentials and I carry a big purse, not always but sometimes it's just easier. The employees did well with managing the front counter and I could tell I was being checked on, which is understandable no one wants to be stolen from especially not when they work hard to provide a well organized store. The only section that wasn't well organized was the clearance section and even that area looked good. I appreciate this store, I feel safe, respected and I can rely on them having something at least compatible to what I'm looking for. Not always a cheap trip but always a grateful trip.
