Tony is great! Super knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Their whole team helped me when my car was totaled backing out of my driveway… Tony spoke with my insurance company and didn't let me spend more then I had too. They held my car until the insurance was sorted out.

3rd time using this shop and they never disappoint! Tony and his team are top notch . Fair pricing , workmanship, knowledge, and expertise. No excuses shop. They don’t waste time or money by stalling with excuses or extra repairs. Car is usually done quicker than the estimated time.
Nice to have peace of mind with a local shop like Auto Authority.

Tony runs a great shop, it's very orderly and clean. He took such good care of my car told me the things that I needed to have done and then others that were recommended. He took his time explaining everything. Very professional and very helpful.

The owner might treat his customers ($$$$) right, but he does not treat employees at other institutions politely.
If he’s having a bad day, he’ll let you hear it.
He did it to me, someone that worked customer service for many years, I still don’t forget the memorable experience I had with the man.
