Good luck ever getting them to answer the phone. Something simple always requires an in person visit during limited banker's hours...if you value your time, stick with another bank.

Went to put a large ammount of cash for my relatives checking account. Was told as of January 20 they have new rules & I could not do that, since I don't have an account with them. Said they can't trace my cash. Well you can't trace anyone's cash. What a strange Rule.? ??? Cash is cash right????

Service is excellent and the employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Very seldom that businesses give personalized service the way Citibank does. By the way, the bank CAN be reached directly by dialing the sane prefix with 5051.
