Not sure about this branch, but Citibank will nickel and dime you beyond imagination. There is a fee for everything. Literally a fee for everything including accessing your own money. My husband is incapacitated. I was told it would take 24-48hrs to approve POA paperwork. Coming up on 2 weeks. Haven’t been able to get ahold of anyone at this branch to help. I’m locked out of the account with no access to the funds. Nobody answers the phone. Citi bank automation is god awful. Do not bank with Citi
