“Decent store and good art supplies. However, the bathrooms are always locked! I asked the woman up front if she could unlock them and she said she'd call someone. Someone came but they always seem unhappy because apparently it's my fault that they keep them locked and that I have to go to the bathroom. I don't know why they keep them locked but the bathrooms have higher security than bank vaults.”
“Had the pleasure of walking in to Shay Boutique today and was pleasantly surprised by the charming store! Michelle, one of the store owners was so friendly! Love their selection of clothes! If you’re in downtown Crystal Lake don’t pass up stopping in the Boutique! I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised like I was great styles, and great prices too! I highly recommend!”

“I have been to the Burlington wow store 4 times and everytime Im reminded why its called wow because I literally say wow when I walk in because there is so much to choose from! I always find stuff here and you cant beat the prices! Id like to point out I refused to shop at their old location before adding the wow but this new place is a jem! Also for having so much inventory the place is very clean and organized and I appreciate that the bathrooms are immaculate! Ive never waited long in line and Lee the manager is very nice and helpful! Every employee I've encountered has gone out of there way to show me where somthing is and has been very nice. I love this store!”
