“I just wanted to leave a review for Joady at the Crystal Lake Ross. Every time I shop here, she is always so welcoming. She greets people when they walk in, makes nice small talk, and just makes you feel like you want to come back to the store. She is also really efficient and does a great job of following store guidelines, which keeps the lines moving and makes shopping there a whole lot easier. It’s really refreshing to see someone who takes pride in doing their job the right way. I really hope management acknowledges her, because she does a great job. Thank you!”

“As soon as I walked into this store, I noticed how neat & orderly it looked. The aisles were clear and there were no clothes laying on the floor. All the employees I saw were busy working; organizing and putting out merchandise. All the sales associates were very friendly.”
