“So I was returning a ps5 controller bc it had some defects ( o button was sticking) so I went to this location to do that. They had to order one bc none were in stock. I got the new controller in the mail and it was damaged. I went to the store showed them and the store manager David came out to look at what could be done. David tried to rub off the damage thinking it was something that would rub off. Unfortunately it made the problem worse and on top of that the controller was not in stock at any bestbuy or online. So I had to get a similar one but not the exact same. I was very upset and David handled it very well and was very understanding. Come a month later I saw they had it online. So I went in and it was a hassle free experience.”

“I want to support small businesses over Amazon, but unfortunately the experience buying from Amazon is so much smoother than buying from OWC. When I buy from Amazon, most everything I buy gets to me in 1-2 days, with step-by-step tracking. I purchased a refurb 2019 MacBook Pro from OWC and they took two days to ship and it arrived in 7 days with UPS not giving me correct estimated delivery times. It did arrive though, and the laptop is pristine (other than the aftermarket charger they gave me that was beat up and the prongs were loose so would not stay plugged in).

Unfortunately, I’m going to have to go back to Amazon for my purchases from now on.”
