CVS has great software for handling interactions with customers. And I continue to see improvements both in store and when using the phone system or app.
Not to mention the pharmacists are always super friendly and helpful, and I rarely have all the various complications and annoyances that plagued my interactions with the 'other' pharmacy chain. Thank you CVS :)”

“I've been to a lot of garages auto garages. This auto garage share the mechanics and the place itself are the best I've ever been to and to answer all your questions until you understand them and they will show you the problem and explain it to you this is the best garage I've been to in all my years they do an excellent job and the pricing is great and you know when you pick your car up the problem is solved you don't ever have to worry about it your car. Again the best scratch I've ever been to along with the expertise that the mechanics have. And you really don't have to worry about your car after you pick it up because it's fixed 100 fixing you never have to worry about it. Last thing I wish I knew were described was 40 years ago because I would always brought my car there. They are the best I ever been to.”

“Had an appointment at the Minute Clinic there and had an amazing experience. I checked in on my phone and was ready to go in. I didn't have to wait even a minute and was immediately taken to an exam room. The doctor was very nice and polite. We talked about my concerns and she was very empathetic. Very happy I went to this place.”
“The gentlemen that work here are extremely nice. The third time I came in, he remembered what I purchase and had it ready for me before I could even ask. ? A lot of negative reviews about their closing early, I can't speak to that as I usually come late afternoon/ early evening. Also, late night liquor places, especially mom and pop places, are going to have a higher markup than chains, so expect your adult beverages to cost more. If you want deals, plan ahead and go to Binny's during the day.”

“Everytime I walk in to this CVS I smile. I always get greeted and no worker is ever rude! Anything I need help with, someone helps me with a positive attitude! Plus, this is where I heard about the CVS rewards. I pay $5 a month and I automatically get $10 to spend as well as other ways to earn savings. I love it! I also get an additional 20% off CVS brand items. Plus, they tend to have great deals on their vitamins and coffee (sometimes).”
“Went here today 5/22 to get a photo taken after the government agency rejected photos I had taken at other places. The lady who assisted me was incredibly patient, polite, and friendly. She took several attempts to make sure everything was right and even suggested other providers when I mentioned I needed a digital copy by email.
In the end, I chose to get the photos on a flash drive from here—and they were finally approved! Really appreciate the excellent service and how helpful she was.”
“I jist got out of ER for the sixth time having cellulitis in my face and , This very respectful young man, similar toe, jadon stathym look took care of me right away, That was better than I ever have got at any walgreens up here.This made me very happy, This infection can spread quickly and ER advised me Mercy new, I went to this walgreens crystal lake, & I was so happy I even let someone else go to help them deliver high efficiency for customers, we do need this medicine. I'm very happy with this one day made all the other times in McHenry super slow, or island lake not bad, but I just feel they can use some more help. They gave over $800,000,000 of medicine in tomeoville il, they can afford more help. People get upset when there are delays with things like this, I am very happy, and that made me feel a lot better. My metal plate keeps getting infected and I just want medicine to get better, the pain doesn't bother me. I'm very happy this store took care of me, I will go out of my way to get there service. A+ great for customers, clean, smells nice, happy employees.i had level ten of pain but now that I have medicine cephalexin 500mg, them this plate has to come out, 13x going to the er isn't fun. I told God on my sixth trip, you can take me I know there are other great people coming, I kept working for twenty years after my disability, I did my best, I could when I could. I should be in a wheel chair or crippled. But Jesus Christ of the Nazareth saved me! Now God works through walgreens! It was all the sign I needed to lift my spirits.”
