Paulean, at the Michael's in Crystal Lake, is fantastic! She is professional, very helpful, and kind. She framed a photo I needed right away, and did a great job. It's for my daughter's birthday. I highly recommend Paulean for your framing needs. She is an absolute keeper. Thank you, Paulean!!
