“Great little hometown shop For all of your gifting needs! Huge selection of great items! Prices are great for the uniqueness of the items they sell! This shop is nestled right on the Main Street of Crystal lake . Growing up here this was the only shopping area and it still has its charm and thrill to walk in the shop to see what is new! I always find something. Either for me or for a friend! The interior is of yesteryear! Look up and admire the original Tim ceilings! They greet you with a smile and treat you like family!”

“I ordered a vanity table & velvet chair from here and it was exactly as pictured. The table is the perfect size for my small bedroom, and the velvet, studded chair looks so cute with it! (the table actually came with a stool I just wanted something more comfortable)...Parts of the vanity table were a little harder to assemble than I expected though, so I took 1 star off for that.”

“I love this place they have a variety of sweets, drinks and snacks from many different countries so I highly recommend this place and this place also sells furniture too so it is worth a look too”

“I came in, just wanting to look at recliners, not knowing exactly what I wanted and what they offer on these recliners. As I was walking around, I was approached by an associated by the name of Kelly who directed me to where all the recliners are located. She asked me a few questions in regards to what I was looking for and the recliner and colors, materials, etc. I told her at that time, I was not sure so she took it upon herself to show me all that was available. Had me sit in various recliners and tell her what I thought of each one that I sat in. . She then left me and told me to experiment with whatever I wanted to and showed me the different points on the various recliners there and let me look without being disturbed. She came back. I told her what I was looking at and why and she pointed out if I had looked at these other recliners that were similar. We went around looking again. I was asking her questions and she was very knowledgeable and answered all of them.. I then found two recliners that I was really interested in but at that time I was not ready to buy because I was just starting to shop. She gave me her card. Told me that I could text or call to ask any questions or if I decided to purchase I left the star very satisfied with the attention I received from Kelly was not pressured rushed just made you feel relaxed. I called her a day or two later told her I was interested in the one recliner and then I would be in on a Tuesday to purchase. She was there there answered any questions I had went over warranties and and delivery. I purchased the recliner and left the store satisfied.. I was notified of the delivery process as Kelly had told me and now waiting for them to deliver it.. I’ve had a very positive experience with. I’ve had a very positive experience with Steinhoff and especially Kelly.”

“I love tjmaxx but for some reason It was my first time at Crystal Lake location, and OMG the decor for fall are amazing everything the clothes, but I was specifically trying to find something to decor my living room table and a Woman named Amy who works there was so sweet and amazing with her ideas she ended up helping me and picked cuttest decoration for my living room, she spended around 20 min helping me… it really meant a lot..❤️ Come to this store you wont be disappointed .”

“Find that unique item that starts conversations! Multiple vendors in a rambling building that USED to be the Funeral Parlor downtown. It adds that creaky-wood-floor dynamic that keeps ya moving... in a good way. Follow the footprints so you don't miss anything. Vintage clothing, furniture, knick-knacks, old bar equipment, jewelry, and music, as well as some outdoor decor.Some things are priced reasonably, others not-so-much, but it's a fun way to spend an hour with your buddies and find something different.”

“Love HL! This store has great selection and clean aisles. Only downfall was loss of power (once) They rushed everyone to front to check out before registers shut down. Apparently not first time that’s happened there….you should be able to fix that. Loss of business that day for sure!”

“Decent store and good art supplies. However, the bathrooms are always locked! I asked the woman up front if she could unlock them and she said she'd call someone. Someone came but they always seem unhappy because apparently it's my fault that they keep them locked and that I have to go to the bathroom. I don't know why they keep them locked but the bathrooms have higher security than bank vaults.”
