For some reason I ran out of my eye drops and didn't realize it until I went to put them in and the bottle was empty. I was supposed to use them 2 more times tonight. The staff was able to fill my prescription in record time so that my daughter could oick them up. Thanks for being a life saver!”
“My experience with this Walgreen’s is always pretty nice. My two most recent visits were Wednesday, March 5th and Thursday, March 6th, 2025. It’s conveniently located right down the street from my house and has Trident gum, the only place I can seem to find them around Crystal Lake. I use it to pick up prescription medication and I love the drive thru option on a cold day. I’d definitely recommend this store. I also was able to grab some amazing birthday cards for some family members here. Only thing missing is the green walls, LOL.”

This 4-star rating is based on the convenience and service of their Minute Clinic. Here's why they rock... - Easy appointment process, online and in their app - Easy check in process when arriving - Short wait time; I was actually seen ahead of schedule - Efficient diagnostics and vitals and straight to the testing - Friendly and knowledgeable staff of physicians - Clean facilities, social distancing, masks and sanitizer - Quick and easy for the price of a co-pay I am never going back to urgent care or even my PHC doc, when I need to diagnose my cold/flu/viral symptoms.”

“I used to go to the LITH and the Algonquin Walgreens and they were horrible. The Crystal Lake location is amazing! They always have my medication in stock. They fill it quickly and the line to pick up my medication is reasonable as long as you AVOID when they have the meal break times. 5 stars all around! This location has the best customer service in the area”

“Good clean store with decent staff. Fuel is available here and the price for 93 octane is good, 87 can be beat by local gas stations if you do a little research. Selection is good, meat and produce departments are well run. Good place to stock up on the essentials.”
