This place is a joke. I went for a blood draw and the sign-in kiosk was down. They have no back-up plan. No one in the lobby to help. Just a waiting room full of angry people and the folks at Quest seemed OK with the situation. They were doing nothing to alleviate the problem. Go at your own peril

I had an order for drug testing and the order wasn’t complete indicating urine or blood. I told the phlebotomist that I would call the nurse immediately and an order was sent while my urine was being held. The phlebotomist ensured me that if the order came in she would complete both the urine test and drug test, which was not done. She also informed me that I would receive a call from her letting me know one way or the other and I was completely blown off. This is completely unacceptable. I also informed her that I was leaving the state in 3 days and needed this test completed which it wasn’t. Not happy with your personnel at all. I would NEVER recommend your location or return.

It has been almost 3 months since the blood draw, and I haven't received my test results yet. Quest Diagnostics has made no effort to notify me of the delay and all my attempts to contact them and request results have been unsuccessful.

Waiting till 9:30am
Asking the doctor
She said your appointment 10am just wait till your appointment time
I go to my car and come back at 9:55am
And now she said we already called you
Just wait till we have a time for you .

Very poor quality service! While there is a full room of people you can hear them chatting and laughing inside! Other locations work much faster and better. I would rather drive for 15 more minutes than cone here again!

The staff at the Crystal Lake location was quick and efficient, we arrived early for our appointment and they got us in and out before our appointment was even scheduled! The onsite staff was kind and thoughtful.
Having trouble with their website to get validated to see our results online, so that has been frustrating.

Went there to get the basic bloodwork done, my doctor’s order was not enough for them and they wanted to charge me over $550 for it since I’m paying out of pocket. “Sorry we can’t give you discount, your order doesn’t have a stamp, blah blah blah… So I went to Labcorp (1 minute walk down the street) they did all of my tests and charged me $179.
Beware of Quest Diagnostics - they are scammers.

I had to get some bloodwork done as a breastmilk donor. I made an online appointment and was seen at my appointment time. There were two people who were incredibly upset that, as walk-ins, I was seen before them. I appreciate the staff staying true to their policy and not allowing the ones who dropped in not to cut in front of others. The phlebotomist who assisted me was very kind, quick, and bubbly! I would definitely go to this location again.

Staff arrived late. The check-in on the kiosk wasn't working. While waiting in a completely packed waiting area you could hear the staff chatting and laughing for a good 20 to 30 minutes before they finally started taking patients. The lady who was helping me was extremely nice but she did not use an alcohol swab before drawing my blood. The place seems completely unorganized.
