Called to make an appointment and got a rude woman on the phone decided to go somewhere else, I see why they have bad reviews on their site for this store location

Super kind staff, friendly and patient with me. Dr. Ratcha Patel 10/10 is by far the best optometrist I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Made the experience fun and genuine.

Called at 11:45am - had an appointment scheduled for 12:20pm same day! Staff was friendly, polite and didn’t hard press for sales. Dr. Cindy was great! Very thorough and explained everything she saw. Go here for your eye care!! You won’t regret it!!
