Scheduled an appointment was bombarded with text messages.went for the appointment and was told the cost was $129.00 & my insurance only gave a $20.00 discount. I walked out and called my provider. It’s a $20.00 copay and they are an in network provider. Went back in and told them they were wrong and they argued with me. Misinformation and rude.
I’ll go to a different in network provider and definitely will not recommend this location - Crystal Lake Illinois.

I must’ve been bothering when I called and someone named Eve or Eva answered. Wasn’t very welcoming at all when I simply was asking what brand was my contacts. Whatever Happened in their day, I hope it got better after that.

I had a very good experience at this Lens Crafters. The exam itself went very smoothly and the doctor was very thorough, which I appreciated. The staff was friendly and Mikolaj was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to picking out lenses. I would definitely recommend !

When I walked in was greeted with my daughter and my boyfriend I was very impressed how they took care of my daughter and I the doctor and the lady who helped me and my daughter Leila she gave her a color page to color I’m so happy how the dr was with my daughter and how patient she was.

I came to this location to get an eye exam and Tamara was extremely helpful. She was very patient and attentive as I picked out a frame. Originally I came in just for the eye exam but she was truly helpful figuring out my insurance that I a purchased a pair of glasses!

I paid more than $2000 for my prescription designer glasses and I purchased the insurance. After only 10 months, my lenses were scratched, and I went to the Crystal Lake store. The manager personally took my glasses and she said that I will get notification when the glasses are ready. Week after I got the notification, I went to the store and they handed me my old glasses completely untouched even left them dirty with the same scratches. Very unethical business. I sent an email to the corporate customer service and they never replied. I called the manager of the store, asking why they gave me back my old glasses, despite the fact that I paid the co pay. She replied” that happens once in five years”, she never apologize. My job requires traveling 90% of my time and 100% computer work for which I need good quality glasses. Apparently LensCrafters sold me worthless plastic glasses that cost me more than $2000. I had to go twice to the store despite my extremely busy schedule just to get my old scratch glasses. I will never ever be their customer, but I have to give a compliment to the guy with the Polish accent who sold me the glasses initially, I don’t know his name.

I would highly recommend LensCrafters in Crystal Lake IL. From start to finish it was a great experience. Every staff member there was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

After stepping on my sunglasses, I thought all was lost, until I met Ricky and Miranda. In 120 seconds I was out of the shop, and all was right in the world. Thank you for the quick and affordable service my friends
