I left a 4 star review instead of the 5 because I felt the van should have been ready and someone should have heard the noise it was making prior to me driving an hour only having to return. Brad made sure the issue was handled and we ended up making the deal.”

“My cousin and I were on a roadtrip traveling through Danville when the computer system on her car's dashboard went out. We couldn't figure out what was wrong and were totally at a loss. We called O'Reilly's because they were close to where we were and they were one of the only places open at the time. We spoke with Jeff and he said he could definitely check it out to try and figure out if it was a blown fuse or whatever. After we arrived, he was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to get us fixed up so we could finish our trip back home. Jeff's customer service was 10/10 and we greatly appreciated him and his willingness to help us. Thank you, Jeff!!!!”

“Now is a hard time to find a new vehicle for a fair price. Covid still has been affecting supply and the average dealer seems to have under 10 new vehicles on there lots. Called around trying to get prices and this was one of the few that would talk price over the phone. Also the only one that was close to MSRP on their prices. Went here and the dealership was clean and all sales people were friendly. Our salesman Joe was knowledgeable, didn't pressure us, quick to help, and gave us a deal that I feel is fair for us and the dealership during a new vehicle shortage. By giving me a fair deal this dealership has earned my business for years to come. Ask for Joe.”
