“I had a great experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center! I came in for my 12:00 PM oil change appointment and was back out by 12:35 PM.
As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted and offered help by an employee named Damian. He was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. He provided a level of customer service that I honestly haven’t experienced at any other Walmart Auto Care Center.
After my car was finished, the mechanic Daniel came out and spoke with me about my vehicle. He took the time to explain a problem he noticed that I would have never known about if he hadn’t brought it to my attention. I really appreciate him taking the time to look out for my vehicle and make sure I was informed. I will 100% be back thank you !”
