“I have had cricket ever since they have started down in Mattoon Charleston area over 20 plus years and I would never go any other phone carrier in the world they have always been polite nice reasonable and prices I give them a five-star and it don't matter what cricket store I go into I have always had the best customer experience ever so props to their training they have gone above and beyond for me many times I meant there is a few little changes that could happen but besides that for the most part they are hands down number one in my book I have work for the railroad I have been from Texas to all the way up by New York never drop service so with that being said like they're the best keep up to good work and I would recommend you guys to everybody”

“I would definitely recommend this store to anyone needing help. My rep was Cam. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed watching him interact with some of the older customers that were coming through the door. He immediately got up and opened the door for them and was very personable. He also seemed to have a good relationship with his coworker Hayden. Hayden was equally friendly and knowledgeable. It's nice to see good personalities along with good services. ?”
