“The store is very clean, the guy that helped me was awesome. I had to go in a verify my identity because I purchased a phone and plan on their website.... I was there less than 30 minutes getting things taken care of an I was on my way home”
“It has taken nine months to get billing corrected for upgrading two iPhones. It has been very frustrating working with Customer Service trying to get it corrected, waiting a month for the next bill and finding out that it is still incorrect.
The one very big positive during the nine months is the support received from the local store representatives. They have worked with me in explaining to Customer Service each and every month. Without their support I would have left T-Mobile after just a few months.
I wish to thank JaMarcus and Hernan for all their efforts and recommend them T-Mobile Employee of the Year!

“My wife went to another store about a phone problem 2 days in a row for an hour and a half each time. Younger people not too concerned about doing their job. No results. So I took the phone to T mobile on Sterling because of their 5 star rating and OMG I was stunned. The manager had it fixed in 30 seconds! Pleasant people, very polite.
