“Best pharmacy in Danville, IL hands down. That said, there are a few things that I wish were a bit better. For example, using the PocketRx app to order refills does count as convenience, but the app is not the best. The only history it carries is what I put in there, I never know if I should put the whole RX number or cut it off before the dash. It offers delivery, but there isn't any delivery. I know pharmacies can partner with Door Dash for delivery, so I'd like to see them take advantage of that. Their website also says there is express delivery, but it looks like you would have to call each time to set it up if they even offer that service. I'm among the customer base that can't drive to get prescriptions, so this is important to me. There are also no notifications when a prescription is ready, not in the app or even a text message. As far as the hours, I can respect them, but sometimes the pharmacy closes without notice. Now, the two times I know of in recent history have been during one of the worst reported winters I've been in IL for, so I get the closing early or even preemptively. It's the no notice part. Both times I couldn't get my medication and that resulted in a health crisis both times. So overall, while the people are lovely and the service you do get is top class, it does feel like I'm sacrificing my well being when I can't my meds and I would just like a bit more convenience and communication.”
“They are very compassionate which is what sick people need compassion also I noticed when I switched to Meijer s pharmacy the medicine worked better even though the medicine should work the same no matter where you get it, but I wasn't getting any relief with CVS medications, but in glad I switched to Meijer now im happy and that same medication seems to work I personally think it's because Meijer don't order from the cheapest pharmacies, or the cheapest medications,with that, and their friendly demeanor I see myself a customer for life.”
“Can't remember the beautiful lady name that works up front ( I think she's the mgr) when they open in the morning but she's very sweet, nice and very cute ( definitely girlfriend material ❣️) . I only go there to get a money order for my rent and see her smile . Store is always clean and clutter free.”
