Beyond frustrating. No one at the pharmacy answers the phone at all, ever. They will literally have you on hold until they close. Was supposed to start my new medication yesterday and don't even know if I'll start it today at this point.

Extremely bad customer service. It takes weeks to get a prescription. Trying to contact the pharmacy is very difficult and it takes a long time, at least an hour.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in town. There is never enough staff and they're always making mistakes with your prescriptions. I dread going to this place
