The paperwork was already prepared beforehand. We had difficulty replacing the license plate a few days later, so we drove to his auto shop for help. John was kind and helped us right away. This is definitely where we will be going for all our car repairs!”
“Caught a nail in my tire. Went to three other tire stores in the area, and was rudely turned down by all of them. Finally got to this pep boys before I was driving on a flat. Was met with unbelievable customer service. They gave me an accurate time to have it patched and my crisis was avoided. Shoutout to Jordan and his team for squeezing me in while they were super busy to avoid further damage. Awesome store will be returning for all my car needs.”

“Having gotten my oil changed other places no one has taken care of my car or me as well as they have. I went in to get my oil changed at the time recommended thinking it was fine. Dave came and told me that my oil was really low. He took the time to tell me that Hyundais burn oil very fast and that I need to check it every thousand miles. No one has ever taken the time to teach me this. You can tell the employees there really care about the people they serve.”

“This place helped me save so much money. One of my car’s front headlights was not working and when I took it to couple of mechanics, they quoted me $60, $100 and $40. But when I went to ask in Autozone, Endy and Gio came to check my car, suggested a suitable headlight and also showed me how to install it. All was done in $15. I highly recommend going to this AutoZone and checking in case you need something related to cars”
