“Had CRAZY electrical problems going on, turned out was faulty BCM. Diagnosing that problem revealed multiple others related to that issue. They kept me in the loop the whole time with text updates and before releasing car from those repairs, found a bad AC condenser and got that covered by my warranty company. Top notch service, highly recommend MPC!”

S&G was able to get me in the same day, Friday, and take care of the issues I was having with our van. They were great to work with and had my van fixed by mid afternoon. “Came in due to a tire going flat. They gave me honest recommendations about my tires(saw the ratings on their device) and wasn't oversold on buying new ones as mine are still fine but getting close to that time of buying a new set.
Flat repair was free. Staff was friendly and communicated everything very well. They took me in before my appointment time, as I was early. They estimated an hour, took more like 30 minutes, if you don't count the talking and set up.
My only complaint is that whoever took my car in, wiped my inner window with some dirty rag or something. It was raining that day so obviously some condensation may have happened on the inner windows, which is what the defroster is for. Drove to work in the morning with a annoying film glare that I'm going to have to clean later.
(Yes, the service is free so why am I upset? I would of gladly paid for someone to not touch my car where service wasn't requested, than for me to have to waste time later to fix. And I find this to be a safety issue. I have a monthly subscription to car cleanings so this isn't something I did or left.)”
“I have been going to Lumpp and Sons for five years now. I have three older cars to take care of. Sometimes I can fix the issue myself. But if I can't, I always go and see Patrick! He is a very honest businessman. That's why he has people like me going back there. He fixed three air conditioners on all three of my cars. The price could not be more reasonable. When I brought in a car when the break sensors were squealing, he changed the two that needed to be replaced. He told me I can get another half a year to a year out of them.
Also when I bring in the car the day before for the service and drop off the keys, most of the time he'll fix it the next day and I can pick up the car the next evening.
If there were more stars to give Lumpp & Sons I definitely would!

“I read these reviews a day prior to picking up my Model 3. I was very apprehensive due to the negative comments. I walked in not knowing what to expect. I went to a table where an employee was on a laptop. I told her what I was doing there and she went to the back to find me a person on the "delivery team". A short amount of time an employee named, Yvonne came out and introduced herself. She started working on my paperwork and told me my car was being sent to the detail shop on site. (I had shown up an hour early to my scheduled appointment time) I waited in the lounge area for around 45 minutes. During this wait, several other employees walked up to me and asked me if I'd been helped. They, like every dealership, had complimentary coffee, soda, and bottled water. After I waited, Yvonne came and checked on me and told me my car was almost done getting detailed. I walked around the outside of the dealership and saw that my car was finishing getting detailed. About 10 minutes later my car was outside, with my plates on it, and spotless. I looked over the car, she answered some questions I had, and it was painless. The service manager even came out and answered a question for me. We went in, did the 5 minutes worth of paperwork and app setup. I really don't understand all the bad reviews. I am pretty hard to please and my experience was very good. I was there for approx. 1.5 hours. Part of that wait was likely because I showed up early. I've waited at regular dealerships three times that long. Everyone was courteous and professional. I would 100% go there again for a vehicle. Ignore the bad reviews.”
