“I took my truck in for service several weeks ago. My door got ding while it was in the service area. I didn't notice the ding until I got home. I called Mark immediately and talk to him about it. He ask for pictures which I sent him. He text me back and said that they will take care of it. They repainted my door and I'm happy with the result. “As a first time customer MP team made me feel like a long time customer from the start. Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Dropped the car off ( Macan Turbo) at 8am and 8:10 am car was already being worked on. ( PDK flush, Sparkplugs and Break Bleed) during the process got updates, and all my questions were answered promptly. Jaxxon and Paul are great and prompt to respond . Picked up car later same day with no issues. Will be back again.”

They sent a detailed report laying out all the problems with the vehicle. Had I purchased it sight-unseen...I would have broke down with it before getting home to Iowa and then having to spend a ton of money to get it in working order. “I have been going to Lumpp and Sons for five years now. I have three older cars to take care of. Sometimes I can fix the issue myself. But if I can't, I always go and see Patrick! He is a very honest businessman. That's why he has people like me going back there. He fixed three air conditioners on all three of my cars. The price could not be more reasonable. When I brought in a car when the break sensors were squealing, he changed the two that needed to be replaced. He told me I can get another half a year to a year out of them.
Also when I bring in the car the day before for the service and drop off the keys, most of the time he'll fix it the next day and I can pick up the car the next evening.
If there were more stars to give Lumpp & Sons I definitely would!

“When my Grandfather’s car that had been sitting for a while needed engine service, I took it to Belle Tire. Unfortunately the original location I went to was short staffed, but the front desk picked up and called this location in Westmont to see if they could squeeze me in short notice. Gavin delightfully agreed even though they were backed up on tire jobs, that he could take in my grandfather’s car and perform the engine service it needed. Angel is who I worked with at the front desk. He was very understanding and accommodating. The manager, Mike, also said hello and was greeting and having conversation with customers throughout the lobby. This Belle Tire took in my vehicle and turned it around within a couple hours while treating me like I was a regular customer of 10 years. I am very thankful for them and will return with my business!”

“found a tuff c350 on their used car part of their site and was interested in it. Walked in a was greeted by Earl and bro was the goat. He took me out on a test drive with the car, was very nice and genuine about the car. pointed out all the flaws of the car and even offered pay for the replacement one of the headlights free of charge (had a crack in the assembly of the light). Overall great buying experience and deff gonna get another Benz. Only downside was when i took my car in to actually get the headlight fixed, I dropped it off at 9am and ts wasn't done by 5pm; when their technicians were done for the day. I was annoyed that it took literally all day till i realized I wasn't even charged for the labor. So I understand why it took all day but I needed the car for the next day. So over 9/10 W benz W Earl”

“I read these reviews a day prior to picking up my Model 3. I was very apprehensive due to the negative comments. I walked in not knowing what to expect. I went to a table where an employee was on a laptop. I told her what I was doing there and she went to the back to find me a person on the "delivery team". A short amount of time an employee named, Yvonne came out and introduced herself. She started working on my paperwork and told me my car was being sent to the detail shop on site. (I had shown up an hour early to my scheduled appointment time) I waited in the lounge area for around 45 minutes. During this wait, several other employees walked up to me and asked me if I'd been helped. They, like every dealership, had complimentary coffee, soda, and bottled water. After I waited, Yvonne came and checked on me and told me my car was almost done getting detailed. I walked around the outside of the dealership and saw that my car was finishing getting detailed. About 10 minutes later my car was outside, with my plates on it, and spotless. I looked over the car, she answered some questions I had, and it was painless. The service manager even came out and answered a question for me. We went in, did the 5 minutes worth of paperwork and app setup. I really don't understand all the bad reviews. I am pretty hard to please and my experience was very good. I was there for approx. 1.5 hours. Part of that wait was likely because I showed up early. I've waited at regular dealerships three times that long. Everyone was courteous and professional. I would 100% go there again for a vehicle. Ignore the bad reviews.”
