“My husband went to the bank today because of a fraudulent charge on his card, was told to sit and wait he would be helped. Other patrons walked in with same issue and were taken immediately, as he waited and was never taken care of…… he left! Not so good at customer service! Update: we received a very peasant call today from the supervisor of the bank, totally apologetic for the incident. That is very good customer service to have someone respond to a negative issue so quickly to make it right! Thank you!”
