This is very important to small business owners like myself. And Builders Supply follows through on their commitments. Products show up on time without mix ups or damage. I give them 5 stars without hesitation.”
“Fantastic experience! I came in late morning needing some time sensitive fabrication done for a small shower bench and they came through. The employee who helped me was great, took time showing me multiple remnants, and made sure I got the right type of stone for my application. Their knowledge and work was top notch.

“We had our bathtub replaced with a walk-in. We got an appt for installation right away. Our installer, Ron, was geat. He kept us informed on when he'd arrive and worked nearly non-stop to complete the job. The shower was stunning and there was not speck of material or trash left behind. Ron patiently went thru what we needed to know and answered our questions thoroughly. We found that we did need to add another grab-bar post installation. Michele, in Cust Svc, arranged that quickly for us. Vlad promptly arrived and helped us find the best place for the new bar and it was installed neatly and quickly. Again, Michele followed up to see how we were doing and to see if we had any additional questions or issues. We were very pleased with the installation and the service provided.”

“I worked along side a designer at Imperial Kitchen and Bath for a design only contract. The final renderings and designs met out expectations for our kitchen remodel and had the creative touches we were looking for.
There was a slip up with cabinet choices from our provided catalog that never got remedied and unfortunately put a wrench in the upper cabinet plan but over all the experience was a positive one.”
