“Having gotten my oil changed other places no one has taken care of my car or me as well as they have. I went in to get my oil changed at the time recommended thinking it was fine. Dave came and told me that my oil was really low. He took the time to tell me that Hyundais burn oil very fast and that I need to check it every thousand miles. No one has ever taken the time to teach me this. You can tell the employees there really care about the people they serve.”

“No gruff, condescending tones, work done promptly and efficiently! I highly recommend. I was very happy with the explanation of the issues and the fixes as I asked all the uninformed questions, they even answered things I didn't know to ask and gave me pointers on my hybrid car. Thanks Diehl team!”

“Great experience every time! Fair, honest hardworking folks. Today the technician had his son in and it was great to see a young kid learning a trade and talking to customers. I won’t go anywhere else. I feel confident trusting them with my car, they never try to push other services or products either. They offer online coupons as well as mail them. Quick, honest service and every technician is friendly also. I also love the music they have on while they work.”

“I trust these guys to do a good job on my car and be considerate too. They did that yesterday for an oil change, called me to say I needed a filter too and gave me a price for new tires which I had asked about last oil change. They did it all quickly so I didn't even need to borrow a friends car to go to an appointment. I was referred by a friend and heartily recommend Russ and Bob.”

“Excellent service and experience. Mike and Jake in the service department are great. I highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership and returning to their service department whenever needed. I haven't had any issues with the car, just a few upgrades and standard oil changes etc. But I've been exceptionally happy with Mazda, both the car and their staff. I will come back here for my next car. Truly outstanding customer service.”

“If you’re looking for good & honest shop, look no further. After shopping around for exhaust manifold replacements and A/C work on my 2008 Ford F150, Don from Advanced Automotive Care was the only one to give me an estimate without there being a caviat of the repair will start at $$$, but could go up to $$$$. Don gave the estimate and once the work was completed, the final price was actually a little less than I expected. He and Oscar kept me updated with numerous pictures as the job progressed. They could’ve easily told me it needed this or that (valve cover gaskets, oil pan gaskets, or other repairs, but choose to be honest and I was advised there was nothing more to worry about. I knew this was a costly repair but I felt good knowing Don and Oscar were doing the work.”

“Passat needed emissions work. These guys took the job, was a pleasant and quick experience, and answered all questions and concerns. I've been to plenty of local mechanics with a few different vehicles, and these guys at Maple Grove are, hands down, the best in the area. Honest, friendly, reliable. Wish I heard of them sooner.”

“This place is definitely the place to go. I have been taking my vehicle to the Lombard location and the customer service is amazing. They are honest and I have noticed that not only through my interactions with them but with others as well. I had taken my vehicle in thinking I needed new brakes but when I got there and they inspected my brakes they showed me that my breaks where good and still had a while until they needed to be changed out. When I take in my vehicle with any concerns I take it with confidence knowing I will get honest answers. So thank you guys! 10 out of 10 will send people your way.”

“I have been going to Lumpp and Sons for five years now. I have three older cars to take care of. Sometimes I can fix the issue myself. But if I can't, I always go and see Patrick! He is a very honest businessman. That's why he has people like me going back there. He fixed three air conditioners on all three of my cars. The price could not be more reasonable. When I brought in a car when the break sensors were squealing, he changed the two that needed to be replaced. He told me I can get another half a year to a year out of them. Also when I bring in the car the day before for the service and drop off the keys, most of the time he'll fix it the next day and I can pick up the car the next evening. If there were more stars to give Lumpp & Sons I definitely would! Cheers!”
