“Place is great. AC actually works. 3rd time using Safeguard, 2nd time this location. Jim the manager has been @ both locations all times I have used them. Its a no brainer, rates are comparable. However I wish they had the pricing grid and fee schedule posted alongside online promos. The place is safe.”

From day one, the facility felt secure, clean, and well-managed. Access was always smooth, and I had peace of mind knowing my vehicle was in a safe environment. After more than a year in storage, I was very happy to find my car in great condition with absolutely no damage or issues.

“About 18 months ago I moved from a 1-bedroom apartment in one state to a single bedroom in a shared house in a different state. I had never seen the storage unit facility before and never used a storage unit. I did not know how big a unit I needed either, and was struggling to figure out what would be right. I was able to talk to a real person when I called Public Storage pretty quickly, and they were able to help me figure out how large a unit I needed and to set everything up so it would be ready when I moved.
I was dreading getting everything out of my U-haul and into my unit, but when I got there, there were flat carts available. No extra charge, and enough that my family and I could make several trips at once. It was incredibly easy when I got there as well, the lock and key were in my unit as I had been told they would be, all I had to do was load the unit and lock the door. I was able to access my unit whenever I needed to, and I never felt unsafe, even going alone. I had a code to enter and exit, and there was room for 2 vehicles to be side by side, even if one was a truck. The first time I accessed my unit after moving, I did not lock it completely correctly and I got a call that evening from an employee of Public Storage. I was very impressed to see how responsive they were, and that they check the facility regularly.
There was one rent increase in the 18 months I was there, but it was less than $50 more, and I was informed of the change on the app, by email, and by letter. When I was able to move into a new apartment, setting up the move out date was extremely simple. I could do it on the app, and I did not have to provide much notice. I still got an email and a phone call from a person to make sure I knew to take my lock and make sure I was out by the date I had given. The requirements when moving out are also posted on the latch of each unit. Move out was pretty smooth and I get to keep my lock.
All in all, it was a great experience. Thank you Public Storage. If I every need a unit again, I will definitely come back.”
“The location is convenient, especially being close to the highway.
However, if you're coming from the south, keep in mind that you can’t make a left turn directly into the property. You’ll need to go to the next light, turn into the strip mall, and loop back around.
If you're coming from the north, access is much easier.
The hallway leading to my unit has quite a few stains on the carpet, which isn’t a great first impression.
Inside the unit, though, it’s fine. clean and in decent condition.”

She welcomed me, explained in detail all the information about renting and took me to the storage facilities /two of them that I might be interested in. She also was very helpful as far as showing me all of the different materials that were for sale. I told her I would be back Friday to sign the paperwork and select my unit. I did return signed the contract and now have began filling up my storage facility. She’s great and I appreciate her help.”
“I reserved a storage locker online, but I wasn’t quite sure that the space I rented was the right size for my needs, so I popped in to take a look in person. I was in luck as Dee, the property manager, happened to be in, and she took the time to give me a tour and show me several options. For people not familiar with this location, there’s really no “office space,” but there’s a kiosk where you can video chat with a live person. There’s also a phone number listed at the entry, so you can use that as well.”
