“Sara the manager, and Yvonne were great. I tried cashing my payroll check drawn on Associated, through some online banking apps. The check wasn't accepted. So I had a check that was endorsed for another Institution. But from the first time I called Sara was professional and courteous. Explaining to me just to come in and they would see what could be done. My check was able to be cashed. I Was so very thankful. Thr branch is about 12 miles away from me but we'll worth the trip for the customer service and Treatment I received.”

Remembers that I go to lots of concerts. Personally works on issues I have. Remembers an issue we discussed a week ago and apologized that the resolution is still pending. ?????”
“I am very pleased with this branch, I do not have an account here but it’s cash my McDonald’s check here all the time, everyone who has helped me has been so helpful, they remember me every time I come there even though I don’t have an account, just because of how they treat me I think I will be opening an account with this bank in the near future. There are two girls specifically that remember me all of the time, I’m not sure of their names but they are younger girls.”
