Haven’t received any emails or phone calls about their website being down at all for maintenance or anything otherwise I would have made my payment sooner. “I don't bank here, but my best friend. In the state of Oregon has Chase Bank. And every time I go in the Rockford, one on northey are very polite. And they help me to get money into her bank account.
They are very excellent. People have their bad days.

“Been dealing with Midland States and formerly Alpine Bank for over 30 years, personal accounts, mortgages, commercial accounts, commercial mortgages and loans. Never had a problem. Recently our accounts got hacked. Midland caught it and worked with us to get new accounts set up at zero cost to us. Customer support always friendly and competent. Highly recommended.”

When I arrived, there was a warm welcome and the bank manager came by to welcome me as well and was happy to put a face with a name. “I recently found myself in a very unusual situation. Due to a tragedy involving both my mother‑ and father‑in‑law, their vehicle had been held in police evidence for 17 years. When it was finally released, our challenge was proving that the car no longer had a lien — and we had none of the original paperwork.
On a cold, rainy Monday, I decided to take a chance and stop by a branch of the bank that had taken over the old Amcore accounts where the loan was originally held. I was greeted by Teri Morrical, and after hearing my story, she immediately sprang into action.
She contacted the internal department that handles lien releases, and when she hit roadblocks, she didn’t stop there. She went above and beyond by reaching out to Park Title to make sure she had the correct process to get the release issued. This morning, I received a call confirming that the lien release is already in the mail.
All of this was done even though I’m not a customer — at least not yet. Her compassion, persistence, and professionalism made a lasting impression.”
