“They are wonderful. It may look a little chaotic when you pull in but believe me, there's a method to the madness. Jim knows what he is doing & he gets it done, period. He is no frills but he is honest & he is up front. I love my car & I don't trust just any random mechanic to help keep it maintained & running properly. In my opinion, at Bumper to Bumper you're getting a dealer quality mechanic without the dealer prices. In addition to that, Jim is just a good guy all around & I feel really lucky to finally have a mechanic I can trust & afford. If you want a comfy sofa & TV this isn't the place for you, but if you want your car fixed without having to take out a bank loan to pay for it, then I highly recommend giving him a call.”
“I have been in here a few times and the associates have not known what I have been looking for or have not been experienced. I was fixing the map lights in my car and that associate was not familiar with bulbs at all. Another time I came in to try to change the battery in my key and the associate said they did not have a screwdriver.When I came in later for my alternator and battery, the manager Brittany grabbed the screwdriver I needed off the shelf and opened it and added it to their collection in the back. She also had recommendations for mechanics in the area and offered tips on how to save money. She was patient with me, too, and printed out estimates and let me write everything down.I also am going to mention that there are some guys that hang out around here in the parking lot and in the store and kind of give off a creepy vibe. I definitely would not work on my car in the parking lot as a woman.”

“Best Dealership in Southern illinois! It has been extremely hot, I've been working outside constantly, and I had to sit down while I had a key, key fob, and repair done to my Ford Expedition programming keys. Not only was I welcomed like family and was able to cool off, I, as a woman, was treated with respect, and that ? is amazing. I say this from other car places I've been to. Vogler has their team actually a dream team in their parts department! I will update this later today to give a shout-out to the guys in the parts office and the techs and the amazing woman who handles billing. If you are reading this, I can not express how this helped me so much. Not everyone who smiles has a perfect day, and I wasn't until i arrived and almost felt like I was home and able to relax. “The VERY BEST place I know for getting any auto parts what so ever for any type of vhicle. Don and his crew there are VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about pretty much any question you have to ask about the auto parts industry. Very GREAT guy that Don is. I have needed to borrow tools to fix things that I would only need the tool the one time and that's it. He's let me borrow the tool and bring it back when I was done several times. Unlike O Rileys or AutoZone where yes they will loan you that very same tool BUT they will charge you for it and you are only allowed it for a few hours. Granted you will be given the money back when your done and turn it in. But if you have ever been in the situation where the damn part cost so much you didn't have any cash left over to rent the tool needed. You were stuck till you had the money needed. Not like that with Don and fishers auto parts. You buy the part. They let you borrow the tool on your word and you get the job done, NO MORE MONEY OUT OF POCKET. I highly recommend fishers auto parts for any of you auto parts needs. They will definitely take good care of you!!!!!!!!!”
