“Great store otherwise, but I bought a hydraulic jack on clearance. It was defective and wouldn't jack up. I tried to bring it back and they told me there was no refunds or even exchanges on clearanced merchandise. There were no signs stating that by the jacks. I scrapped it out and lost $100. However, I still shop there and the employees are generally receptive and friendly. Just be wary of buying clearance items. They may grill you over other returns, too. They Still, 4 star cause of their selection, pricing, helpful employees, free coffee & popcorn”

“I moved to Ava Illinois which made Murphysboro Walgreens my store and I think that this Walgreens has the absolute best techs and pharmacists compared to any pharmacy I've been too. Everyone there is so nice and helpful. I had a couple issues since moving into Illinois and everyone here at this Walgreens had been so helpful and I feel like they go above and beyond. Excellent customer service!!! My forever pharmacy!!!”

“Murphysboro Walgreens is hands down the absolute best drug store I've been to. I've had to go to Walgreens in 4 states due to my husband's work move, and out of all of those, Murphysboro Walgreens has the best staff! Kelsey, the pharmacist, has been nice and helpful and she goes above and beyond! As does all of the staff I've encountered, Kylee, Kayla and Alex are all so very kind and helpful and go above and beyond to make you feel better. Thank you guys for being awesome!”

“I have always thought this was the best place for pizza besides Quatros. Recently, we started getting sandwiches and wraps and they are SO MUCH better than Subway! If you're sick of the same old same old, seriously get a turkey and bacon wrap (ask them to toast the bacon, though)! Also, every dessert we have tried has been so good! This is our favorite place to get food in Murphysboro for sure!”

“First note: This place is recently under ENTIRELY NEW MANAGEMENT. Many, if not ALL, of the negatives you hear about aren't accurate anymore.I stop here for stuff quite frequently, and gas sometimes as well. They have some great food at amazing prices. I had some very delicious catfish and corn nuggets here the other day. I mean, seriously good. Better than some of the diners around here.The staff is always very friendly and happy to help. They are constantly improving things with more products and conveniences and upgrades. It's very nice to go here instead of the big chains, because you get treated with respect and can feel the personality of the business. It's clear that their customers patronage matters to them, and they take feedback to heart. I definitely recommend stopping by!!”
