“Scheduling my windshield replacement was very easy online - the tech did an awesome job and was even able to move my ipass sticker (which ipass says can't be done because removal will destroy it) to the new windshield. Everything was TOP NOTCH except the over the top amount of messages, both email and text messages. No less then 10 each before my appointment, and they are still coming in after my appointment. Yeah, I will unsubscribe but WOW they love their automated texts and emails! Scale it back a little Safelite. With that said - I have used them before and will use again.”
