“Our car was rear ended. It didn't look like a lot of damage but after Tom Wood looked at it, there was a lot of underneath damage not easily seen. Although it took about a month to get our car back it was worth it as it looks like new Tom Wood had some miscommunication with Hertz and the insurance company. Seems the insurance company did not like the fact that we needed a rental car for a week while Tom Wood ordered parts The 3 parties, Insurance, Car Rental and Tom Wood would not accept responsibility for the week car rental charge and $200+ defaulted to us. Discouraging but none the less the car was well repaired.”
“My tire was flat at 7pm on a Monday night and the workers at Belle Tire went above and beyond to help me make it to work. They offered me a loaner tire since I had no spare tire and were able to get the correct tire ordered for me the next day! They stayed an hour past close to help me! “When I entered the Belle Tire in Cumberland, IN the managers where immediately there to help me even though I did not have an appointment. I was in and out in a very reasonable time. The waiting area/restroom was neat and clean and coffee & snacks were fresh and available. The managers were focused and engaged the entire time helping customers, answering the phone, checking on the service technicians, and keeping me/other customers updated. Managers were very cordial, thorough, and helpful with me and the other customers. This was my first visit to Belle Tire. It most certainly will not be my last.”

Aftermarket camera was sufficiently reattached though off-center about one inch from before and camera bracket doesn’t offer capability to correct. Adhesive used for camera should be opaque but was white instead. Safelite should realize that aftermarket cameras are becoming ever more common. Rather than refusing to reattach or suggesting that customers should be responsible for that, they must accept that customers expect professional reattachment identical to original.”
