My family and I have been banking with DECU for over 20 years. Staff is always friendly, well informed and customer oriented. The hours are convenient and their are several locations available which makes it very easy to access. My service is always very prompt and very efficient.

An okay bank. Usually service is good, but it has been a pain discussing a FHA loan with them. I have trouble getting all the info at once; I instead am getting bits and pieces of info at a time which is a waste of my time.
