Terrible service at the pharmacy! They make it very difficult to fill a prescription and furthermore, they continue to change their policies to make things difficult for you. I will be reporting them to Kroger headquarters.

I would just like to call out the Store Manager at the Brettwood Village location for going above and beyond in a difficult situation. We had ordered a cake to be ready at 9am and come to find out it was never made. The employee in the deli tried to help find it but ultimately called the Store Manager to assist. The Manager called other local Krogers to see if they could accommodate making the cake we ordered with no luck. She still didn't give up, your amazing Manager iced a cake herself and made sure my 7 year old got a marble whippy cake as requested. While not the cake we ordered, she did everything possible to fix this for us and we are very grateful to her for doing everything possible to fix this in a short amount of time. We never shop at this Kroger but you definitely just gained a life long customer! The cake looked beautiful and was made with love and that's all that mattered!

Ok for the most part but look its clear kroger gets tax credit for hiring certain people but know this just because you have issues and 6ft and life hasn't been kind doesn't give you an excuse to be ignorant rude and almost causing injury but this is 2024 and companies love to pay for the stupidity of thier workers.

The woman in customer service name Jenny will put you on hold when you ask to speak to a manager and then tell you there's no manager in the store to talk to you and argue with you that not the manager's job to talk to you

I really appreciate the Kroger grocery pick up. My order is usually accurate and always ready on time. I always help load my groceries and tip. It's really a convenient service.
I have unfortunately started having an issue with one of the young female employees (K) who always seem to have an attitude toward me for no reason and is usually short when checking my order out. I've avoided shopping here a few times because of this one issue. Otherwise its always been a excellent experience

I went to the gas station to get gas and I put a 20 and a 5 dollar bill down for gas accidentally said wrong pump number then told the lady and she even repeated the 25 only gave me 5 dollars worth of gas I went back and told her i gave her 25 she stole 20 from me they even looked at cameras Kroger owes me 20 dollars it was their employee and their mistaje they should have made it right it would not break their bank whatso everibwill never go there again and I will tell everyone about it and how their employees are dishonest and steals from costumers this is at brettwood kroger they stole from my kids eating and to get to places 20 is alot when your struggling

They never have many cashiers open and when they do have registers open the cashiers are very nasty they always have an attitude and they never asked for your rewards card.
