“Ran out of propane Saturday 1/7 at 11:30 pm. Left a message on their answering machine. Received a call back someone be out to fill our tank in a half hour. We live out in the country near Lovington. By 12:30 am 1/8 our propane tank was being filled. Can't say enough how great they are. We are so appreciative of their kindness and dedication.”

“I have been doing business with hicks here in Decatur for 17years and they have always treated me with respect. I recently noticed when when I called it did not go directly to the Decatur facility it went to a company call center that never relayed the info to Decatur. I stopped by the Decatur facility and was immediately taken care of and they were so sorry they didn’t know what was going on. I’m glad they are still here in Decatur as they are the only ones I like dealing with. Thank you for the great service.”
