“Went to fire up the furnace for the first time of year and it wouldn’t fire up so I called big b to verify that my regulator was up to par because I was having trouble keeping pilot lights lit on my appliances. Long story short one of the technicians Jason I believe was his name, he was not content after verification that my service was up to par instead he helped troubleshoot my issue and helped me to get my furnace back up and working properly. One of the best decisions as a homeowner that lives outside of city services was switching to big b. Very friendly and fair.”
