They girl who checked us out was super polite and professional they man with the cowboy hat was just as good when we dropped off. Everything was smooth sailing aside from the uhaul door being a little difficult to open.

only gave 1 star because zero was not an option! DO NOT USE UHAUL FOR ANY SERVICES. Lost my reservation even though I had a reserved contract. Finally got it resolved after 30 minutes. then whenever I returned the trailer, they charged me double and took more than an hour to get the refund. on top of that. I was supposed to be switching trailers, so when I dropped the first trailer, they told me I had to go to another location to pick up the second trailer!!! STAY AWAY, there are better options!

Returned the equipment early no problem.Returned the equipment with extra gas no problem. Went 3.7 miles over on a 266 mile one-way trip and this location had the nerve to charge me for that even after pocketing my extra gas worth twice that charge.

Was told that my auto transport trailer would be at this location on the date of my move, and then I get a call the day before my move saying that there was an issue and i now have to drive AN HOUR to springfield to pick up my trailer. Definitely never using uhaul again just to get shafted over last second because they dont keep track of their stuff.

I am in the middle of a cross country move, lost two pets this week in the process, and am living out of a dreaded hotel. Donisha was compassionate about my situation, and stayed calm and collected while I had a little meltdown. Donisha knows the products/services and was able to find a solution that best fit my complicated situation. She also sorted out my reservation that no one at uhaul (1800#, not the local office) wanted to assist with. I explained the situation and Donisha never got frustrated or lost her cool even tho my situation was convoluted and I was completely out of my mind. Thank you Donisha for making my day a little sweeter!

I THOUGHT I was being helped courteously and with great customer service... Until I returned the truck. I was quoted 4 days at 400 miles per day and anything over the 400 miles would cost an additional 29 cents per mile. The representative also said if we returned the truck a day earlier we would receive a refund for the cost of that days rental. I was asked to sign for my rental contract electronically and she would print my contract. She asked if I would also like a copy of my contract emailed. I took the printout with me to the truck as they were closing. When I arrived at the truck I looked at the printed paper which was NOT my contract but a coupon for one month free storage room rental. I never recieved an email of my contract either. So upon returning the trucka day early and staying under the 1200 alotted miles, was informed I was being charged a different rate that only included 100 miles per day and was being charged per mile over 100 miles per day!!! After contacting management and debating for half an hour by phone from out of state I was told since I did not have my contract that they NEVER provided me that there was nothing that would be done about this, I was not only NOT recieving my day refund but would be charged an additional 65 dollars on top of the over 400 dollars i had ALREADY PAID. Since they used my debit card (required) from my checking account and they refused to honor the verbal contract that was agreed to originally by the representative, they charged the additional amount and threw my account into overdraft for the charge as well as every other item i had being paid which costs me 36 dollars per item! So I asked the manager for another upper level management contact and was told he was the highest that you could go. So I called 1800 go UHAUL, and after 20 minutes explaining my situation to that representative he disappeared off the line for 25 additional minutes with no warning and never to return. Im emailing corporate. My suggestion... Dont do ANYTHING without first seeing paperwork with your quote and do not let them tell you it will print out AFTER you sign. If there were a zero stars option i would have selected IT.

Great variety of packing and moving supplies. Manager is always friendly and has helpful suggestions for storage and moving needs! Many options for storage including climate controled spaces.
