The rattling noise coming from my 2009 Toyota was a hanging heat sheild. After putting my car up on the lift, it was able to be put back in place with just a couple of washers. No upsell, no 150 pt inspection, no shop fee, no nothing. Just a couple of washers and an extremely satisfied customer. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs work done on their car.”

I’ve been a regular customer of John’s Complete Auto Service for a long time, and I can honestly say they’re one of the best shops I’ve ever worked with. I’m not an occasional walk-in—I’m a high-maintenance customer with multiple vehicles, and they’ve handled everything from mechanical issues, tire blowouts, and electrical problems to getting my A/C back up and running on a 90-degree summer day.
No matter what I bring to them, they always make it work.
They’re busy (which is a good sign), but they still treat me like my business matters. “David and his team are the best. He's incredibly knowledgeable. I had some kind of pebble stuck in my A/C exhaust, so when I would turn on the A/C the passenger side foot well would flood. Another place wanted to seal 2 guys in there for hours to figure out if it was actually a problem. That sounded like a lot. I took the car to David, and he took compressed air and shot a quick second of it into the A/C exhaust, and then a stream of water started to come out. He sent me on my way with a bill of under $50, where the other place was going to charge me more than $1k. I'm never going anywhere else.”
