“When you’re a little girl, you dream of the moment you’ll find your wedding dress. Brides by Young, more specifically, Lori, made my dream come true by finding my exact dream dress. I showed her a few inspo’s and within minutes she found the most absolute beautiful options they had available. The second dress I tried on ended up being my dress. Lori, understood everything I needed and wanted, she interacted beautifully with my large bridal party and got me to do what I didn’t think I would do and that was cry with happiness because of the art in which she turned my dream into. I highly recommend this shop as the whole staff was so friendly and responsive.Young, the owner was so sweet and informative and the dress options and her shop are for all brides! I rate this place a 10/10 for customer service, dress options, pricing and for making your childhood dream a reality.”

“I was told that if I wrote a review, I’d receive a pair of earrings. I was initially happy to do it, but then I overheard what sounded like the owner on the phone rudely asking, “is that woman still standing?” while Ramya responded, “yes, yes, she is buying,” and I felt like I was being watched on camera. That made me uncomfortable, so I declined the earrings and even considered deleting this review.
I also didn’t appreciate the $25 fee just to try on a dress if you don’t end up purchasing it. I had every intention of buying, but that policy almost made me walk away. Since I was only visiting Chicago for a few hours and had already taken an Uber to get there, I ended up making a purchase anyway and paid $430, even though I didn’t really have the time to keep looking around. The fee of 25$ for trying on a dress was anything I have ever heard like .the owner asking rudely on phone .
That said, Ramya herself was very kind and sweet, and I appreciated her attitude. However, because of the overall experience, I don’t think I’ll return or recommend this place to my friends.”
“Ivana from Ms Couture Bridal was WONDERFUL! There was a mistake with scheduling, and I showed up on the wrong day; she welcomed me with open arms and continued with business as usual. Everyone at the shop was very warm, friendly, and went above and beyond any previous bridal shopping I've experienced. They are based in Poland and have their own manufacturing, which eased my bridal brain! The dress is HANDMADE and was supposed to take 9 months, but it was ready in 2 months!! Go see Ivana! She will treat you like family!”

The entire team was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making the experience special. I felt so comfortable and cared for throughout the entire appointment, and I’m so grateful to have found such a beautiful gown with them.
