While we appreciated the expertise of the sales people, we were very disappointed that they did not tell us about the upcoming sale. That would have shown real integrity and built better customer relations. Even our car salesman told us he could give us a better deal if we waited.”

“Took my Mom in to replace her iPhone 13 with a 15. Only one person working on Sunday, and they were helping another customer, so asked us to come back in ~30 minutes. When we returned, a couple other folks had come in, but they honored our pace in line which was nice. The person helping us was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, and we were in and out with the new phone setup (including new case and screen protector) in about 25 minutes. Not a bad idea to make an appointment before you come in, but definitely recommend this store”

“I came into the Arlington Heights store a bit nervous because I haven’t been into a store in years but as soon as I opened the door, I was greeted by Brittney. She took her time and was so helpful. I didn’t feel like she was trying to force products on me but she explained what I have and compared it with AT&T I did end up switching my home service but it was well worth it and I only came in to get a new phone but I appreciate the time she spent with me and made me feel like a person and not a quick sale. They pointed out we could save $30 per month/$360 per year by switching to auto pay from checking account. As far as upgrading best to wait till end of phone contract. Very courteous and professional! Highly recommend this Verizon store.”

“I’ve written maybe 5 reviews in my life, but this is one I HAVE to write. The Verizon Hoffman Estates location is the very best of the best! The manager, Jesse, knows his stuff! He’s helped us; he’s helped my elderly parents. We’ve added lines, changed phones, ported over numbers, you name it. He explains everything clearly: options, the steps we need to follow, and what to expect. He’s patient, kind, and fun to work with! His crew is so helpful, too. (Shout-out to Jacky!)
