“Took my Mom in to replace her iPhone 13 with a 15. Only one person working on Sunday, and they were helping another customer, so asked us to come back in ~30 minutes. When we returned, a couple other folks had come in, but they honored our pace in line which was nice. The person helping us was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional, and we were in and out with the new phone setup (including new case and screen protector) in about 25 minutes. Not a bad idea to make an appointment before you come in, but definitely recommend this store”
