“The UPS Store #7555 in Vernon Hills, Illinois, is my go to for all of my shipping, printing, invitation and thank you card design needs! Hemant (the owner) and his team provide top notch and friendly customer service, putting your mind at ease knowing that your packages will arrive safely and on time to their destination. His custom printing service is wonderful and I have worked with him on many designs for several parties thrown by my family. The moment you walk into the store, you’re greeted with a friendly smile and conversation. Hemant always asks about my family and our dog, and if everything is going well for us. This is the kind of service that keeps me coming back time and time again. I do not like going to the US Postal Service for anything due to major mishaps, theft, and mishandling of my packages. Hemant and his UPS Store in Vernon Hills is the only place I trust for my shipping and printing needs. I cannot recommend the UPS Store in Vernon Hills enough to people in our area. Thank you for all of your wonderful service over these years!”

“My mother in law and father in law went into UPS Wednesday, I was suppose to go with them because they were nervous that no one would understand what they needed, there English is very broken. Unfortunately I couldn’t go with them due to having a sick baby! I said if you need me just call me and I’ll try helping, they needed to get a notary to sign there mortgage papers for a modification and it had to be sent over night and get there before Friday. When they got back I asked if everything went okay, because they got back home pretty quickly. They said a bilingual lady was helping them and broke it down when the office would receive there mortgage papers, how over night shipping works. The stress was gone right when they stepped in and spoke to her, I asked for her name but they don’t remember. It was at the UPS in Des Plaines on Lee St. knowing they didn’t struggle to send something over important and urgent made me really happy.”
“OMG I’ve been doing bidness w/ Owner / Operator Michael Forman since we moved to Very East ( VELF ) LF in 1987 ( ironically the same weekend as Mr T ) and Michael, Along w/ faithful Pooch Fido have been servicing me con brio ever since.
1) Although often melancholy, MF always seems to perk up when I show up like clockwork on Thursdays in time for me to pay top$ for the myriad of chochkies( sic) he tries to unload like 5-color solar flashlights that glow in the dark and sunglasses w/ a Wig attached that even in Lake Bluff could pass for Trump.
2) Michael’s command of English along w/ Swahili and Mandarin make even the most cosmopolitan LF’er feel Velkome y BienVenue …
- What more can I say to merit his 5 star service? Freshly baked cookies? An horsd’oueurves plate rivaling only that of Onwentsia ? Most of all his chipper upscale mein even when they somehow Bombay your Aspen - bound skiis to Sri Lanka ?

“What an amazing place! I had an expensive pair of eyeglasses (damaged, actually, by the store that I bought them at when they ham-handedly tried to fix them) that I brought in for repair. The Eyeglass Shop sent them to a jeweler for repair, when none of the other couple of places I took them to said that they were fixable. The jeweler sent them back to the Eyeglass Shop, unable to fix them. But the Eyeglass Shop proprietor didn't give up! He sent them to another jeweler with literally laser-precise tools, which fixed them, saving me $$$. He did all of this, even while other eyeglass repair shops just immediately gave up. This is called CUSTOMER SERVICE. Wow, thought it had died out.”

“I needed to return a package to Amazon and was told to go to the UPS store. I called first to inquire about packaging and other questions. The UPS person was very helpful then and when I visited the store to send the package. It was very easy to complete the transaction and the person who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable. No long line and it was quick and easy.”
“Because it's close enough to walk to from my house, and they offer so many services that makes it easier for me to ship something or send something I just wish that they sold individual postage stamps!”

“Yeah, the guy here that I work with behind the register was a great guy. He really helped me. He helped me with my package. I liked him. He was quick into the point. He was a good guy. Also the store itself was a nice story. it’s small but quaint. Overall, it’s a little bit more relaxing than your general UPS store cause it’s a less crowded. It is small however. So I imagine if it’s crowded in there it might feel a little bit stressful, but that’s just the nature of having a smaller UPS store. The problem is sometimes bigger ones yet so crowded I get you know whatever. But overall, this is a good store. I recommend recommended. It’s also next to a jewel. If you wanna go get some groceries afterward or if you’d like, want a snack cause you’re hungry. But nevertheless, it’s in good location. I recommend it. There’s plenty of parking available. And the staff is friendly.”
