“Mia has been a personal favorite groomer of mine for years. I have followed her to several different locations knowing that with her not only do my pets get the quality care, love and attention they need but she has always answered all my questions, calmed my concerns and has always gone above and beyond for her clients and owners. She is very knowledgeable in all aspects of animal care and is just an overall good groomer and one of the only people I trust with my furbabies aside from my vet. She knows how to keep them calm and get the job done without extra stress. The butt wiggles upon pick up say it all. Thank you Mia for the quality work and attention you give me and my babies”

“What wonderful vibes here! I was overwhelmed with the amount of cute pet toys and the large variety of pet food and treats. This is the largest and most joyful pet shop I've ever visited thus far. The staff was extremely friendly and there was an adorable all white husky behind the check out counter that loves being petted. I found everything my dog enjoys to snack on and cat food my cat will definitely love. An all around pleasant experience with extremely affordable options for food and treats. I made use of some extremely good deals this afternoon like a buy one get one free wet cat pouch from Stella and chewy...you will be thrilled at how many affordable options they offer here.”

936 Willow Rd, Northbrook IL 60062
“Nice to have a less expensive alternative to the other self-grooming dog wash on Skokie Boulevard in Northbrook, but this one wasn’t very clean, tidy nor organized. Dog hair everywhere, no towels, no brushes, nor refilled shampoo on hand-I had to ask. After every dog leaves, it should be checked. Very nice staff, though.”

“My daughter has been practicing karate for several years, and I truly don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful, professional, and highly skilled the teachers are at Fonseca Martial Arts. The Sensei's are incredibly dedicated and genuinely care about every student’s growth and success. Fonseca Martial Arts offers many amazing competition opportunities, including peer competitions like Dojo Duels and beyond. Students can go as far as they want with Fonseca — whether their goal is personal growth or competing at an international level. These events provide valuable experience, build confidence, and help students form real friendships. Through these experiences, the dojo truly becomes a second family. We are very grateful for everything our daughter has learned — not only karate skills, but also discipline, confidence, and a strong sense of community. Fonseca Martial Arts has been an incredible part of our lives, and we highly recommend it.”

“I’ve been going to Pet Supplies Plus for years. All my pets have switched to their Redford products and they are doing great. I have senior pets and I appreciate the quality. The Arlington Heights location is my absolute favorite. I order for curb side pick up at least 3 times a month. They are quick to fill my orders and always so friendly when I pick up. Highly recommend this location especially. Now there is an ap for ordering which makes it even better.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Noah’s ark and the people who work there. With our dog being sick and through a desperate hunt for some kind of guidance or help we found this pet store by searching for a specific specialty food brand. When calling for information they were extremely knowledgeable about the products we were interested in and even put everything aside for us so we could easily pick it up after work. Beyond being very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating the people who work here truly care about your fuzzy family member. We have had the pleasure of visiting this store 3 times over the past 3 weeks because our dog loves loved loves the Solutions goat milk that we got for him. Our dog Charlie had a wonderful experience visiting here as well. He doesn’t have a google account but wanted me to express that he would give 10 stars if possible. I am so thankful for the help of the wonderful people who work here. It is a rare thing now days to find a place and people with such passion for the work they do. We are beyond grateful thank you Noah’s Ark!”

“I love our rewards points! It feels like we always have a reward or some cash when we shop, which is always very exciting. We go here a lot. We get our three dogs groomed here and buy our dog food here - we can’t recommend it enough. When one of our dogs came down with an allergy we spent hours in and out of the store to find out what worked and there was always someone there to help us and answer our questions or suggest us a new option. We took a couple of your marketing materials to pass to our friends and family who have dogs as well. We’re excited to have them join our Krisers family.”

“I came here after another groomer canceled my booking last minute, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The employees still managed to fit my beagle into their schedule without making me feel like an inconvenience. His nails were trimmed perfectly and the bath removed the strong outdoor smell he somehow collects every week. One paw still felt a little damp at pickup, but otherwise everything looked great. He seemed relaxed and comfortable instead of anxious during the ride home too.”

“The owner and staff are so nice. Great attention to detail and they make my dog feel so comfortable. They always ask you exactly what your dog needs. She's a pomeranian/shitsu mix with lots of hair and comes out so clean and cute every time. Good scheduling so your dog is not there longer than needed.”

“My two Aussie doodles are obsessed with their food. We spent so much money at the vet trying to figure out their stomach issues, and the expensive prescription food didn’t even help. This is literally the only food that worked for their sensitive stomachs, and now they get so excited for mealtime. They also have a great selection of treats, and Matt is super friendly and helpful. You can tell he really cares. Highly recommend!”

Online Store, 1047 Forest Ave, Des Plaines IL 60018
“I contacted the business with an inquiry regarding how quickly I could get an item shipped to a friend as a gift. I received a prompt friendly reply from owner Becky, who seemed very pleasant and willing to accomodate. She kept in touch with me via email through the order process and sent tracking shortly after. There are some very cute, unique items available on the site, some made to order or personalized. Looks like a good place to shop for gifts for your pet loving friends and furry family members.”

“The aquarium light arrived in great shape and was packaged securely in an outer box with packing material protecting the inner product box. The item is correct and what I ordered. The ordering experience was very easy and I see their shop offers cool extras, which I am sure is awesome for folks who are frequent orderers. The only complaint I had was I ordered premium 1-4 day shipping. The item had not yet left their shop on day 5. I contacted customer service about the issue and they were very prompt in addressing it. I think I contacted them by email at around 8am and the problem was addressed to my satisfaction by noon. I really like that they have actual people checking their email and working with customers throughout the day. I would definitely order from this shop again for that alone. Well done!”
