“The owner and staff are so nice. Great attention to detail and they make my dog feel so comfortable. They always ask you exactly what your dog needs. She's a pomeranian/shitsu mix with lots of hair and comes out so clean and cute every time. Good scheduling so your dog is not there longer than needed.”
“Wonderful groomers and a well stocked store for all of your pups needs. Keep an eye-out for in-store sales and clearance items. They provide in-store pickup for items you bought online. I have yet to try any of the other services, but most likely will in the near future.”

“Nice to have a less expensive alternative to the other self-grooming dog wash on Skokie Boulevard in Northbrook, but this one wasn’t very clean, tidy nor organized. Dog hair everywhere, no towels, no brushes, nor refilled shampoo on hand-I had to ask. After every dog leaves, it should be checked. Very nice staff, though.”
